Open call to artists 18 years and older for Camelback Gallery's 6th annual Shades of Blue Competition.

We are looking for artwork in all styles and subject matter. The artwork must have shades of blue as the focal point, or as a prominent or secondary color. Jurors will be looking for originality, quality of work and technical skill.
Mediums to be considered but not limited to: Colored Pencil, Encaustic, Mixed Media, Gouache, Oil, Acrylic, Pastel, Watercolor, Airbrush, Fiber, Sculpture, Collage, Digital Art and Photography.

Jury Selection begins 7 days after final entry date and ends 15 days after final entry date. Award recipients are the entered into an online group award exhibition and is published approximately 3 weeks after final entry date.

Files must be in JPG format
Files may not exceed 3MB
Images must be "professionally presented" – cropped, no glare, no frames, no watermarks.
Each piece must be an original or a sold original, completed preferable in the last 3 years

The Jurors of the art competition are 2 to 4 professionals in the art industry.

評分標準
The artwork selected for the award exhibition will be based on a criteria of theme or medium. Along with the criteria, the jurors look for originality, technical skill and quality of work. Of those artworks selected for the award exhibition, we try to show the best of as many different genres and varied mediums as possible. We want the award exhibition to be an enjoyable, amazing experience for our artists, members, guests and buyers, so we try to display the best representation of artistic form, style, and media. Also, as a reminder, this is a competition, the jurors will select the best art pieces for the exhibition, so not all entries will be included.
