活動簡介
This is the twelfth edition of the Leica Street Photo competition! Once again, we invite photographers to participate in one of the largest and most important competitions dedicated to street photography. This year, the Grand Prix for the best photo is a Leica SL2-S camera and a voucher worth 1,000 EUR for lens! The rules of the competition do not change – the Jury will choose 20 winners from the submitted works. You will be able to see them in Warsaw and many other cities.

The subject of the submitted works should refer to street photography.

參賽資格
Everybody is invited to participate in the Contest (excluding employees of the Organizer). Minors will be requested to provide the consent of parents or guardians to participate in the Contest.
邀請所有人參加比賽（不包括主辦方的員工）。未成年人將被要求提供父母或監護人的同意才能參加比賽。

活動時程
The Contest runs from the announcement on 28.11.2022 till 30.01.2023, 7:59 PM (CET). The application form will then close, and the Jury will start voting. The results of the contest will be announced to the public no later than 20/02/2023.
比賽從 2022 年 11 月 28 日公佈到 2023 年1 月 30日晚上 7:59（CET）。然後申請表將關閉，陪審團將開始投票。比賽結果將最遲於 2023 年 2 月 20 日向公眾公佈。

報名方式
The Contest Participant may submit a maximum of five photos.
Photos should be added through the application form in jpg format and a maximum resolution of 2000 pixels along the long side. The contest winners will be asked to provide digital data at their highest resolution – enabling high-quality printing in the 50cm format over the long side. If the Winner does not provide such files after the deadline of 48 hours from receiving the information from the Organizer about qualifying for the Final, the Organizer may refrain from awarding the prize and qualifying the work to the Final.
參賽者最多可提交五張照片。

評審規範
The Organizer will appoint a jury (“Jury”), consisting of min. 3 persons. The list of members of the Jury will be announced on the www.leicastreetphoto.pl website. The jury will evaluate the submitted entries and select the finalists and the winner of the Grand Prix. Jurors will be provided with submitted works. Voting will take place via an online system, equipped with an access verification system. 20 works, that received the most votes of the jury members, will be counted as finalists’ works. The winning work will be selected as a result of a separate jury vote for one of the finalists’ works. The winner of the Grand Prix will be the one that will receive the most votes of the jurors. Decisions taken by the Competition Jury are final and not subject to appeal.
組織者將任命一個陪審團（“陪審團”），由最少的人組成。3人。評審團成員名單將在 www.leicastreetphoto.pl 網站上公佈。評審團將評估提交的參賽作品並選出決賽入圍者和大獎賽的獲勝者。評審員將收到提交的作品。投票將通過配備訪問驗證系統的在線系統進行。獲得評委會成員投票最多的20件作品將被計為入圍作品。評審團將對入圍作品之一進行單獨投票，從而選出獲獎作品。大獎賽的獲勝者將是獲得陪審員最多選票的人。競賽評審團做出的決定為最終決定，不得上訴。

評分標準
All techniques of photography are accepted. Topics should refer to street photography. The primary criteria for the evaluation of works are originality and quality of artistry. Photography has to be taken after the 1st of January 2022 and before 31 December 2022.
接受所有攝影技術。主題應參考街頭攝影。評價作品的主要標準是原創性和藝術性。必須在 2022 年 1 月 1 日之後和 2022 年 12 月 31 日之前拍攝照片。

活動獎勵
The Grand Prix prize in the competition is a Leica SL2-S camera and a voucher worth EUR 1,000 to be redeemed at www.leicastore.pl. The winning entry will be selected based on the Jury’s vote.
The main prize in the Competition will be issued in accordance with the tax regulations in force in Poland.
Sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation and Belarus, related to the military operations in Ukraine, close the way, in the event of victory in the 12th Leica Street Photo, to honor people living in sanctioned territories with the award.
The works qualified to the final will take part in exhibitions at the Leica 6×7 Gallery in Warsaw and other galleries cooperating with Leica 6×7 Gallery. The Organizer covers all costs related to printing and presentation of winning works, organization of the exhibition, and opening ceremony.
Additional cash prize which is part of the Main Prize will be taken and transferred by the Organizer to the Tax Office service.
For each in-kind prize, the Participant will receive an additional cash prize in the amount of 11.11% of the value of the awarded prize. The Participant agrees to allocate the additional cash prize to cover by the Organizer the flat-rate income tax on the winning prize and therefore the cash prize will not be issued to the Participant. The organizer, as the payer of the flat-rate personal income tax, will calculate, collect and pay the flat-rate income tax due on the winnings to the appropriate Tax Office before issuing the prize. (Legal basis: art. 30 ust. 1 pkt. 2 ustawy z dnia 26 lipca 1991 r. o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 200 z późn. zm.)
比賽的大獎賽獎品是一台徠卡 SL2-S 相機和一張價值 1,000 歐元的代金券，可在 www.leicastore.pl 兌換。獲獎作品將根據評審團的投票選出。

比賽的主要獎項將根據波蘭現行的稅收法規頒發。

如果在第 12 屆徠卡街拍中獲勝，對俄羅斯聯邦和白俄羅斯實施的與烏克蘭軍事行動有關的製裁將關閉道路，以表彰生活在受制裁領土上的人們。

入圍決賽的作品將在華沙徠卡6×7畫廊以及與徠卡6×7畫廊合作的其他畫廊展出。主辦方承擔與獲獎作品的印刷和展示、展覽組織和開幕式相關的所有費用。

作為主獎一部分的額外現金獎將由組織者收取並轉交給稅務局服務。

對於每個實物獎品，參賽者將獲得額外的現金獎勵，金額為所獲獎品價值的 11.11%。參賽者同意將額外的現金獎勵分配給組織者以支付獲獎獎品的固定稅率所得稅，因此不會向參賽者發放現金獎勵。主辦方作為統一稅率個人所得稅的納稅人，將在頒發獎品之前向相應的稅務局計算、收取並向相應的稅務局繳納應繳納的統一稅率所得稅。（法律依據：art. 30 ust. 1 pkt. 2 ustawy z dnia 26 lipca 1991 r. o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych (tj Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 200 z późn. zm.)
