參賽資格
- 小學組：小四至小六學生
- 中學組：中一至中六學生
比賽要求
創作以40字為上限的標語(中英文均可)，內容可以為：
1. 向前線工作人員表達謝意及表示支持
2. 鼓勵病患及其家人或一般市民
3. 其他與抗疫有關、宣傳關愛及正能量的內容
＊同一參賽者遞交次數不限。
參賽辦法
參賽者可於2020年2月17中午12時至3月6日晚上12時，進入草圖網站，填寫資料及遞交作品。免費參加。
評審準則
由評審團選出首二十名入圍作品(準則包括：主題40%；創意30%；文字30%)，加上網上公眾投票，選出冠、亞、季軍及優異獎兩名。專業評審及公眾投票各佔50%。
獎項
得獎者將獲頒獎座及精美禮品，入圍者亦可獲頒入圍證書。冠、亞、季軍作品將製作成宣傳品，向前線工作人員致意及向公眾傳遞正面訊息。
公眾投票及結果公布
入圍作品將於2020年3月10日中午12時上載至活動網頁供公眾投票，3月12日中午12時截止。結果將於3月13日中午12時在草圖網頁公布。

Slogan Design Competition
Eligibility
- Primary Section: P.4 to P.6 Pupils
- Secondary Section: F.1 to F.6 Pupils
Entry Requirements
Slogans must be consistent with the competition theme: “Positive Energy-Fight the Virus”, for example:
- Express gratitude and support to frontline staffs
- Encourage patients, patients’ families or the general public
- Other content related to anti-epidemic, promotion of care and positive energy
Slogans should be written in Chinese or English with not more than 40 words.
**The number of entries is not restricted. Participants can submit more than 1 slogan.
Submission
The entry slogan must be submitted to ROUGH by website:
- Enter ROUGH website by 17 Feb to 6 Mar
- Click “Event” to enter subpage
- Fill in the information and submit works

Judging Criteria
Top 20 will be shortlisted by following criteria:
- Relevance to the theme (40%)
- Creativity and originality (30%)
- Effectiveness on communicating the message (30%)
Coupled with online public voting, Champion, First runner-up, Second runner-up and 2 merits would be selected. Professional review and public voting each account for 50%.
Prizes
- Winners will be presented with trophies and exquisite gifts.
- Finalists will be awarded a finalist certificate.
- The Champion, First runner-up, Second runner-up works will be made into publicity materials, in order to pay tribute to frontline staff and to send positive messages to the public.
Online public voting and Announcement
- Shortlisted works will be uploaded to ROUGH website (www.rough.org.hk) for public voting at 1200nn on 10 Mar, and will end at 1200nn on 12 Mar.
- Results will be announced at 1200nn on 13 Mar on ROUGH website.
