2021杭州現代音樂節「藝創獎」國際管弦樂作曲比賽
由浙江音樂學院、杭州市西湖區人民政府主辦，杭州市西湖區“藝創小鎮”、浙江音樂學院作曲與指揮系承辦的2021杭州現代音樂節“藝創獎”國際管弦樂作曲比賽將於2021年10月19-23日在浙江音樂學院拉開帷幕。作為杭州現代音樂節的活動之一，2021“藝創獎”國際管弦樂作曲比賽面向全球青年作曲家徵集優秀的音樂作品。
比賽評委會將從徵集作品中評選出6部優秀獲獎作品，這些作品將在2021年10月23日舉行的決賽音樂會上由浙江交響樂團演奏並由評委進行現場打分決出具體名次。屆時將產生一等獎1名，獎金100000元人民幣；二等獎2名，獎金50000元人民幣；三等獎3名，獎金20000元人民幣（ 所有獎金金額為稅前 ）。
音樂節組委會將為所有獲獎者提供2021年杭州現代音樂節套票，並負責外地及國外獲獎者在音樂節期間的落地交通及食宿（ 外地與國際旅費自理 ）。
投稿要求
1. 免收報名費。
2. 作曲者國籍不限，不限是否學生，限於40歲以下（ 出生於1981之後 ）。每位只能提交一部管弦樂作品（ 非協奏曲 ）。
3.參賽作品時間長度介於10-12分鐘。
4.參賽作品樂器編制為：3 3 3 3/4 3 3 1/4 perc.1 Timp/1Harp/14 12 10 8 6。
5.參賽作品必須是世界首演，並且是2020年以後的作品。
6.參賽者必須提供匿名總譜的電子PDF文檔，並於2021年7月15日前發至 hzcmf@zjcm.edu.cn 。選手需提供本人的真實信息（ 身份證或護照掃描件，1M以上的清晰照片、電話、E-Mail、通信地址、150字左右的個人簡歷以及150字左右的作品介紹 ）。
7.獲獎者應該親臨參與樂隊排練及決賽音樂會（ 特殊情況除外 ），並另外攜帶一部任何編制的、10分鐘之內的作品錄音與樂譜（ PDF文檔及復印3本 ），用於2021年10月22日上午的大師作曲工作坊。

2021 The Second Hangzhou Contemporary Music Festival “ArtinnoAward” International Orchestra Composition Competition
Sponsored by Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and the People’s Government of Hangzhou Xihu District, Hangzhou Xihu District Artinno Town, and organized by the composition and conducting Department of Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, the 2021 Hangzhou ContemporaryMusic Festival “Artinno Award” International Orchestral Composition Competition will be held in Zhejiang Conservatory of Music from October 19 to 23, 2021. As one of the activities of Hangzhou Contemporary Music Festival, the 2021 “Artinno Award” International Orchestral Composition Competition call for outstanding orchestra pieces from young composers around the world.
The Composition Committee of the festival will provide a set of tickets for all the winners of the 2021 Hangzhou Contemporary Music Festival, and will be responsible for the landing transportation and accommodation of foreign winners during the festival ( international travel expenses will not be covered ).
Eligibilities
1. There is no application fee.
2. The competition is open to composers from all nationalities, whether student or not, but only under 40 years old ( born after 1981 ). Only one orchestra piece is allowed to submitted by an applicant ( concertos are not allowed ).
3. The duration of the submitted piece should between 10-12 minutes.
4. The instrumentation: 3 3 3 3/4 3 3 1/4 Perc. 1 Timp/14 12 10 8 6.
5. The submitted pieces must have not been performed before, and must be composed after 2020.
6. The applicants should provide an anonymous PDF score to the competition committee via email to hzmf@zjcm.edu cnbefore July .15 .2021. The applicants should also provide a scan of a valid ID, a personal photo in resolution higher than 1 M, phone number, email address, address, a short biography around 150 words and a short introduction of the piece around 150 words.
7. The selected finalists should attend the rehearsal and premiere concert( unless for special circumstances ). The finalists should take another piece in any instrumentation under 10 minutes, the audio recording and score ( PDF documents and 3 copies ), which will be used in the opening master class in the afternoon of Oct.22, 2021.
