Submission Details

Entry Period

October 28, 2020 ( Wed ) – January 25, 2021 ( Mon ) 5:00 PM * Japan time

Entry Format

・JPG, PNG, PSD, MDP（ File size: Under 30MB ）
・No designated size, but the DPI must be at least 300

Please Note

・Please make sure to use the template. As long as you use the template as a base, you can draw on it as much as you like.
・Please do not erase the ART street logo. If you do, it will be disqualified from the contest.
・Entries that are sexual, or might result in causing harm to other people are not accepted. Any entries breaking this rule will be blocked or account suspended.
・Depictions that infringe upon the rights ( image rights, copyrights, etc. ) of a third party are prohibited.
・Entrants should keep the original file before the results announced.
・No plagiarism or double ( duplicate ) submissions to contests other than ART street.
・Entries which involve sexual expression or brutal violence shall not be qualified to enter the contest.
・Works that are submitted to the contest will be posted for free and without compensation on the website managed by MediBang, Inc., social networking services/sites, catalogs, etc., for purposes such as contest promotion, advertising, announcing the results, etc.
・After the entry period has ended, you may receive a notification from info-contests@medibang.com to the email address registered in your MediBang account. If you do not reply within the reply deadline, your work may be excluded. Check your email and email settings. You can check your registered email address here.

Qualifications

・Anyone can enter the contest, regardless of whether they are a pro or just draw as a hobby.
・No limit to the number of times a person can apply. Entrants are welcome to submit multiple works.
・Only primary works that entrants own all the rights to distribute for free and unpublished works may be entered.
・Plagiarism, or any double ( duplicate ) works which have been submitted to another contest outside ART street, will not be accepted.
・You may enter an artwork you have posted on a social media in the past. You can also post your artwork on social media during the entry period.

Import template files through MediBang Paint

・MediBang Paint Android：
1. Download mdp template file.
2. Copy the template file ( named as tracedrawing_template.mdp ) from download folder of your device.
3. Find your device file manager, choose「MediBang Paint」folder and paste the template file.
4. Launch MediBang Paint, select [My Gallery], press [+], click [Import MDP] and choose the template file. ( named as tracedrawing_template.mdp )

・MediBang Paint iOS：
Select [New Canvas], select [Import from another app] and search 「tracedrawing_template.mdp」at [Browse] folder.

How to Enter

【Try to enter the contest from from this page】

1. Register or log-in ART street.
2. Click “enter” at the bottom of this page.
3. When the banner for this contest appears, select “Enter”.
4. Choose your artwork, upload it and press “Submit & Publish”

【Try to use artwork been already submitted to ART street】

1. Select “illustrations” from “Your submissions”
2. Choose the submission and press “Details”
3. Press “Edit”
4. Add “4th Trace & Draw! Illustration Contest” banner from “Apply for a Contest”
5. After checking pop-up caution, press “Enter” and click “Save & Publish”

1. Select “Enter the contest” under “Submit Work”.
2. Search for this contest, “4th Trace & Draw! Illustration Contest” and click “ENTER”.
3. Select the illustration you want to enter, and click “ENTER”.

1. Select “Contest” under “Submit Work”.
2. Search for this contest, “4th Trace & Draw! Illustration Contest” and click “Enter”.
3. Select the illustration you want to enter, and click “Enter Contest”.

1. Select “Contest” under “OTHER”.
2. Search for this contest, “4th Trace & Draw! Illustration Contest” and click “Enter”.
3. Select the illustration you want to enter, and click “Enter Contest”.

1. Select “Apply for the Contest” under “Submit Work”.
2. Search for this contest, “4th Trace & Draw! Illustration Contest” and click “Apply”.
3. Select the illustration you want to enter, and click “Apply”.

How to Claim the Prize

Prize money will be credited to your Medibang account you applied with. To receive the prize money, you need to register a PayPal account or your bank account information. ( The transfer fee is borne by the winner. )

Nice tracing award ( 10 winners max ): 10,000 yen
※ It is possible to have no winners at all.

By entering in this contest, you are agreeing to the Entry Terms , so be sure to read the full text. In addition, about the entered illustration/s, PLEASE NOTE that after the contest recruitment period is over, except for the addition of tags, it can not be edited or deleted.
