For 18 years, the A&D Awards have set the benchmark for excellence in architecture and interior design within Greater China and beyond. They are highly respected for recognising and celebrating the most innovative and effective projects within the region by local and overseas practices.
A&D Awards 2021 offers some further refinements to the award categories, to better reflect the demands of today’s industry. We continue with our rigorous two-tier judging process, introduced with great success last year, with some of the world’s most talented and distinguished industry practitioners on the jury panels.
The awards are the perfect platform to showcase the best of your work to the wider A&D community, including leading suppliers, developers, industry bodies and government agencies. AWARDS
Who can enter
A&D Awards 2021 recognises the very best in architecture and design within the Greater China Region which comprises China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. It is open to:
Architecture and interior design practices based within Greater China who have completed a project in Greater China or elsewhere in the world between 1 January 2020 and 30 June 2021.
Product designers and industry suppliers who have designed a new product used in a commercial or residential development within Greater China completed between 1 January 2020 and 30 June 2021.
Architecture and interior design practices based outside Greater China who have completed a project or product within Greater China between 1 January 2020 and 30 June 2021.
For Architecture – Future Developments, practices must have responded to a client brief for a new development within Greater China. The Innovation and Technology awards are open to any practice, company or organisation that has created an Architecture / Interior Design project within Greater China between I January 2020 and 30 June 2021 that makes best use of I&T.
Deadlines: Early Bird closes on 14 May 2021. Final Entries close on 30 June 2021.

A&D Awards 2021 accepts entries across the following industry segments and geographies:
- Architecture, Greater China and International projects
- Architecture – Future Developments, Greater China projects
- Interior Design, Greater China and International projects
- Product Design, Greater China projects
- Innovation & Technology, Greater China projects
Please note: Awards for Greater China projects are open to all entrants. Awards for International ( outside Greater China ) are open only to entrants with offices based within Greater China.
