活動簡介
As part of the 20th Treviso Comic Book Festival edition (TCBF 2023), Associazione Fumetti in Treviso announces the International Contest for New Comic Authors 2023.
The contest addresses all beginner comic authors of legal age who want to test their skills and try to create a comic story. It is possible to participate both alone or as a group of artists. Each participant (or group of participants) is required to submit a comic story about this year’s theme Stories and characters in the submitted comic story can be both fictional or based on real people and events.

This year’s theme is Light Things.
Participants have full artistic freedom in the interpretation of the theme as well as in the choice of drawing techniques and colouring styles. The submitted artwork can be black and white or in color.

報名方式
In order to participate, the authors must:
a) Fill in the online registration form at the following link . Teams made up of several people must identify a team representative, who will be the only one to fill out the form for all participants.
b) Upload the privacy policy PDF document, filled out and signed, in the appropriate section of the form. You can download the document here .
In teams made up of several people, the team representative will be responsible for uploading the privacy information, filled out and signed, of all members of his group.
c) Share the artwork in PDF in the appropriate section of the form via non-expirable links. ex. YES – Google Drive (Make sure the link provi- ded guarantees editing rights) YES – Dropbox NO – Wetransfer NO – Desktop path (C:\Users\Desktop\TCBF23) The comic pages must be combined in a single PDF, named with Name_Surname (Example: “Maria_Rossi. pdf”) or Name_of_the_Collective (Example: “Collettivo_ Gattopardo.pdf”). The size of the PDF file must not exceed 1.5 Mb. Deadline for submission is 3rd September 2023 (CEST). All the above steps must be fulfilled correctly no later than 11:59 pm (CEST) on that day. Submissions after this date will not be considered.

The acceptance of the works, the selection and awarding is exclusive competence of the appointed jury. The Jury’s decision is final and unappealable.

COPYRIGHTS
By participating in the competition, the authors grant the right to reproduce the works by press and / or other tools of communication for promotional purposes of the competition, without having anything to claim as copyright for a period of five years.
The Fumetti in Treviso association is committed to always mentioning the legitimate author. The rights to the work remain the property of the respective authors.
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these Regulations expressly authorizes the TCBF to process personal data transmitted pursuant to the Code regarding the protection of personal data (GDPR 2016/679/EU), also for the purpose of inclusion in databases, for the conduct of the competition.
版權
