2020 American Interior Design Best of Year Awards

年度最佳設計獎（ Best of Year ）由美國《室內設計》（ Interior Design ）雜誌創辦，是設計行業最重要的獎項之一，旨在表彰年度最優秀的項目及產品，並嘉獎世界各地的建築師、設計師及開發商。該獎項已成為卓越作品的最高衡量標準之一。

參賽要求 QUALIFICATION :

1.合格的產品：面向國內外製造商。產品應在2019年9月至2020年9月期間投放市場。

2.合格的項目：面向國內外項目。項目應在2019年9月至2020年9月之間完成，在建類別除外，這些類別是為處於施工階段但尚未完成的項目保留的。

3.合格的人物：面向國內外設計師、建築師、製造商，被提名者必須是活躍的設計行業專業人士。

4.該獎項接受之前發表的作品或其他比賽的作品。

5.學生提交者必須設計課程中的研究生或本科生。學生提交的作品將於2020年8月3日開放，並有專用的提交表格。

Interior Design’s Best of Year is the design industry’s premiere design awards program, honoring the most significant work of the year as well as recognizing designers, architects and manufacturers from around the globe.

Now celebrating its 15^thyear, Interior Design’s Best of Year has become the ultimate measure of excellence, showcasing what’s happening today in every category of design while simultaneously setting the bar even higher for the future.

In past years, the Best of Year Awards ceremony draws 1,000+ world-wide attendees.

2020 winners will be announced in a virtual ceremony hosted by Editor in Chief Cindy Allen that will air on Interior Design’s Facebook Live, Twitter, and on InteriorDesign.net. Further details on the 2020 Best of Year Awards ceremony will be announced at a later date.

Winners of the 2020 Best of Year Awards will receive the following:

• Honored during a virtual ceremony, aired on Interior Design’s Facebook Live, Twitter, and on InteriorDesign.net. Further details on the 2020 Best of Year Awards ceremony will be announced at a later date.

submissions

Student Product Design submissions will open on August 3, 2020.

The deadline to enter is September 10 ( 11:59PM EST ).
Every product submission receives huge exposure while voting is live on the Interior Design Best of Year voting site from September 29 – October 9, 2020.

Submission fee: $300 per entry

Student submission fee: Stay tuned for further information.

Each entrant will receive a 1-year complimentary digital subscription to Interior Designmagazine

Canceled entries may be eligible for refund until the close of submissions on September 10, 2020. No refunds will be provided following the close of submissions.

eligibility

Domestic and international submissions are welcome for all categories.

Product submissionsmust have been introduced between September 2019 and September 2020. Products/collections may be entered into one or more categories. Products may be entered into one or more categories.

Project submissionsmust have been completed between September 2019 and September 2020 ( with the exception of the “on the boards” category, reserved for in-progress projects ). Projects may be entered into one or more categories.

People submission nominees must be active design industry professionals, including designers, architects, and manufacturers.

Student product submissions are open to products launched or exhibited, either in conjunction with a class or a ( virtual ) show. Submitters must be graduate or undergraduate students enrolled in accredited design programs globally. Student submissions open on August 3, 2020 and will have a dedicated submission form.

Eligible product designs include but are not limited to: Accessories, Architectural Products, Fabric, Furniture, Kitchen & Bath, Lighting, and Wall Covering.

Products and Projects that have been previously awarded or published are not excluded from entry.
