Rules of Entry
1. To participate, complete an entry form with your name, email, and phone number, and submit it online.
2. Deadline for entries is November 15th, 2021. Grand prize drawing will be held on December 6th, 2021 online.
3. The competition is to all photographers from around the world. The photographs can be from Southern Africa or any part of the world.
4. You must pay the relevant entry fees to enter.
5. Approximate value of the prize is $500 per category.
6. The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
7. Entries will be judged by the SACCF Panel of independent judges. All decisions are final. SACCF reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
8. By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by SACCF for advertising or campaign purposes.
9. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
10. The prize must be collected by the winner and is non transferable.
11.The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after [three] business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.

We are a registered non-profit organization based in Johannesburg, South Africa and the funds will go a long way in making the Southern Africa Climate Change Photography Competition a success as well as supporting our mission of helping to raise awareness, generate debate and push for a decarbonized region.
