2022 Rococo 國際音樂節

前言 Preface

Rococo Strings Limited是一間紮根於香港的音樂教育公司，志於將習於世界各地的音樂知識、精髓及文化帶給年青的音樂愛好者。

這是本公司第五次舉辦音樂比賽。考慮到疫情持續影響音樂學習，我們決定再次舉辦網上國際音樂比賽，希望能多提供平台給學生從準備樂曲、拍攝演奏過程學習音樂、與其他人切磋，並從專業國際評判團的評審中有所得著，以提升各方面的演奏技巧。

Rococo Strings Limitedis a music education company in Hong Kong. We aim to bring the essence of the knowledge acquired and the culture experienced by the international music professionals to young musicians.

This is already the fifth competition that we organise. Considering the great influence of Covid-19 over the music learning and playing of students all over the world, we decide to hold an international online music competition to let the amateur musicians learn from their preparation, recording and valuable comments from our professional adjudication panel, thus enhancing their techniques and musical sense.

1. 比賽總類 Categories of Competition

此音樂節共有兩個比賽總類 There are two types of competition in this Festival:

• 指定樂曲組 Set Piece Category ; 及 and
• 自選樂曲組 Own Choice Piece Category

2. 比賽類別 Types of Competition

此音樂節共有四個比賽總類，以讓樂手有更多不同展現才能的機會。 There are four types of competition in this Festival to let musicians to have more opportunities to showcase their virtuoso:

• 獨奏 Solo
• 二重奏 Duo
• 合奏 Ensemble
• 室樂 Chamber

3. 報名 Application

家長 / 學生 / 老師可填妥以下網上報名表格，並同時上載報名費入數證明以成功報名。

截止日期：2022年2月11日 (星期五) 香港時間下午3時

4. 比賽章程及規則 Competition Rules and Regulations

大會並不負責檢查遞交之報名表是否符合參賽資格。參賽者有責任確保所填報之資料完整、屬實及符合比賽及各項目規則之要求。報名表一經遞交，代表參賽者同意所有比賽規則，並會嚴格遵守。已繳交之報名費，不論任何原因，一律不獲退回。The Organiser bears no responsibility for checking the eligibility of each application form. Competitors should ensure that all information given on the form is valid, complete and meet the requirements of respective classes.

Submission of the form implies consent from the competitors to abide by all the rules and regulations，and will strictly observe them. Under no circumstances will refund of the entry fees be made.

大會對於賽事安排及比賽規則詮釋有最終決定權。The Organiser has the final decision on competition arrangement and all the rules and regulations.

4.1. 參賽資格 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

4.1.1. 所有參賽者均須符合參賽資格。All competitors must meet the application

requirements.

4.2. 報名 APPLICATION

4.2.1. 參賽者必須透過網上報名，並同時上載報名費銀行入數證明。

Onlyonline application form is accepted. Competitors should fill out their particulars for enrolment via the link and upload application fee deposit slip.

4.2.2. 參賽者須轉帳報名費到以下戶口，並將銀行入數證明連同報名表一併遞交 (請注意轉帳費用必須為項目的金額，參賽者亦需繳付所有銀行手續費。) Competitors should transfer the application fee to the following bank account. Deposit slip should be attached to the application form. (Please make sure the total amount received must be the amount at our end and all bank transfer expenses on your part.)

4.2.3. 參賽者所填報的姓名必須與身份證明文件相同。Competitors should use their names identical to that of their ID documents for all the applications.

4.2.4. 報名表遞交後，均不能轉名、轉換或調換參賽者、更改報名項目。Substitution or swapping of competitors, and change of names or class numbers will not be permitted after the submission of applications.

4.3. 比賽規則 REGULATIONS

4.3.1. 所有遞交之影片均不可作任何修改。No video editing is allowed.

4.3.2. 整段影片須清楚顯示參賽者之樣貌、整件樂器（鋼琴除外）及動作。如 為鋼琴項目，鏡頭須清晰拍攝參賽者的面部（側面也可接受）、雙手、 完整的鍵盤以及踏板。如為聲樂項目，須以正面拍攝參賽者全身。The entire video must clearly show the competitor’s face, entire musical instrument (except piano) and posture. For piano classes, the camera must have a clear view of the competitor’s face (side view is also acceptable), both hands, whole keyboard and pedals. For vocal classes, full body shot in frontal angle is required.

4.3.3. 拍攝影片時，必須保持拍攝鏡頭穩定及定鏡拍攝，不可移動、推進及拉近鏡頭。When shooting, the camera has to be stable without any camera movement (including zoom in / out).

4.3.4. 上載比賽影片截止日期：2022年2月18日香港時間下午3時。逾期遞交將被取消參賽資格。 Deadline of video submission: 18 February 2022 (Fri) Hong Kong time 3:00 p.m.. Applicants who fail to submit by the date will be disqualified.

4.4. 比賽樂曲 COMPETITION PIECE

指定樂曲組 Set Piece Category		自選樂曲組 Own Choice Piece Category
1. 若樂曲內有重複標示，一律不需演奏重複樂段 (DC, DS除外，否則將被扣分。 Except DC and DS, all repeats are not required. Competitors who fail to do so will be resulted in mark deduction. 2. 鋼琴獨奏項目，參賽者只需於該級別3 首指定樂曲選1首演奏。 For Piano Solo Classes, competitors are required to perform only ONE of the three pieces in their level.		1. 參賽者必須依據個別項目之時間上限遞交影片，否則將被扣分或取消參賽資 格。Competitors should enter classes according to the time limit stipulated. Competitors who fail to do so will be resulted in mark deduction or disqualification. 2. 參賽者必須依據個別項目之時限選曲， 否則將被扣分。Competitors should enter classes according to the time limit stipulated. Competitors whose competition piece exceeds the time limit will be resulted in mark deduction.
● 參賽者可看背譜演奏。Play from memory is not required. ● 參賽者及伴奏須確保所使用之樂譜為正本。Competitors and piano accompanists should ensure the music used during performance is original. ● 所有遞交之影片均不可作任何修改。No video editing is allowed ● 若樂曲包含伴奏，參賽者須自行安排伴奏者一同演出，否則將被扣分。If accompaniment is printed on the score, competitors should perform with and provide their own accompanists, otherwise they will be resulted in mark deduction.

4.5. 評分準則 JUDGING CRITERIA

4.5.1. 評判會根據參賽者的整體表現評分，並對一切藝術事宜有最終決定權。Adjudication will be based on the overall performance of the competitors.The decision of the adjudicators on all artistic matters shall be final.

4.5.2. 若參賽者違反比賽規則，評判有權扣分或取消其參賽資格。If competitors violate any rules, they may be risked to be penalised or disqualified by the adjudicator.

4.6. 其他事項 OTHER ISSUES

4.6.1. 主辦單位有權將參賽者遞交之影片作宣傳之用。The Organiser reserves the right to conduct all audio and visual recordings of the competition for promotion.

4.6.2. 所有上載之樂譜檔案及個人資料將於評審及公佈成績後刪除。All uploaded scores and personal information will be deleted after the adjudication and release of the result.

5. 獎狀及評分 Awards & Marks

5.1. 比賽結果將於2022年3月27日公佈。參賽者將透過電郵收到分紙及評判講評之影片。Results will be announced on 27 March 2022. Competitors will receive mark sheets and adjudicator’s verbal comment video clip via email on the same day.

5.2. 每一個項目組別均設冠、亞、季軍，然而任何項目或組別獲得最高分數的參賽者若未能達到80分，該項目或組別之所有名次及獎項將被取消。Placing will be awarded to the winners of each competition. However, in the cases when the best performance in the group is not up to the standard to obtain 80 marks, no placing or prize will be awarded.

5.3. 本會將按參賽者之成績頒發獎狀如下 Certificates of three levels will be awarded to competitors:

5.3.1. 所有獎狀及獎旗將以郵遞送出。Certificates and prizes will be delivered by mail.

5.3.2. 所有獎項一經領取，若有損壞或遺失，將不獲補發。If a prize is damaged or lost after collection, no replacement can be made.

5.3.3. 主辦單位有權修改比賽規則及獎品內容，如有任何變更，恕不另行通知。Rules, regulations and awards are subject to change without prior notice.
