2023「抗震盃」地震工程模型製作國際競賽

活動簡介 About

為鼓勵青年學生藉由參與科學競賽而激發創造力，國家地震工程研究中心乃舉辦抗震盃-地震工程模型競賽。競賽邀請台灣的各路英雄好漢共襄盛舉，以增進青年學子間之科學交流。

In order to promote earthquake engineering and seismic protection education and encourage students to participate in a creative scientific competition, a program entitled “Introducing and Demonstrating Earthquake Engineering Research in Schools (IDEERS)” will be held at the Taiwan National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE) in Date. This program is jointly organized by NCREE and National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs). Student teams from Taiwan are welcome to take part in this activity.

獎項介紹 Awards

高中職組及大專組 High school and Undergraduate

為了鼓勵參賽者設計製作優秀的抗震模型，主辦單位提供了豐富的獎勵！高中職組及大專組各組獎項如下：

• 首 獎：各組效率比第一名之隊伍，每隊頒發新台幣20,000元、獎盃一座及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 貳 獎：各組效率比第二名之隊伍，每隊頒發新台幣15,000元、獎盃一座及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 參 獎：各組效率比第三名之隊伍，每隊頒發新台幣10,000元、獎盃一座及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 效率比佳作：各組效率比第四至十名之隊伍，每隊頒發新台幣2,000元及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 耐震獎：各組模型通過 400 gal 地震力之隊伍，每位隊員頒發個人獎狀。
• 結構設計獎：經由裁判團評選，其模型之結構設計、抗震構想與創意理念最佳的隊伍，各組最多取三隊，每隊頒發新台幣5,000元及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 建築美觀獎：經由裁判團評選，其模型之建築外觀造型、基地與空間使用效能理念最佳的隊伍，各組最多取三隊，每隊頒發新台幣5,000元及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 設計理念展示獎：經由裁判團評選，以創意的展示手法，最能清楚介紹該隊模型設計理念的隊伍，各組最多取三隊，每隊頒發新台幣3,000元及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 舉牌創意紀念品：每次振動台測試前，自願擔任舉牌的現場觀眾。

• Capability-Price Ratio Award (3 teams)
  o Teams which models get the highest Capability-Price Ratio.
  o Award: 20,000 / 15,000 / 10,000 TWD for 1st / 2nd / 3rd team and a certificate for each team member.
• Capability-Price Ratio Certificate of Excellent (Ranks 4-10)
  o Teams which models get the highest Capability-Price Ratio(s) (from ranks 4 to 10).
  o Award: 2,000 TWD for each team and a certificate for each team member.
• Quake-Resistant Certificate (any number of teams)
  o Teams which models resists earthquake of 400 gal.
  o Reward: A certificate for each team member.
• Most Creative Structural (Engineering) Design (3 teams)
  o Teams which models are selected with most creative on structural engineering design.
  o Award: 5,000 TWD for each team and a certificate for each team member.
• Most Architectural (Art) Design (3 teams)
  o Teams which models are selected with most creative on architectural (art) design.
  o Award: 5,000 TWD for each team and a certificate for each team member.
• Best Design Concept Exhibition (3 teams)
  o Teams that most clearly introduce the concept of model design with a creative presentation.
  o Award: 3,000 TWD for each team and a certificate for each team member.
• Creative Show Person Reward (up to 6 persons)
  o People who gain the most applause when showing the earthquake scale board.
  o Award: NCREE souvenirs.

研究生組 Postgraduate

為了鼓勵參賽者設計製作優秀的抗震模型，主辦單位提供了豐富的獎勵！各組獎項如下：

• 首 獎：效率比第一名之隊伍，每隊頒發新台幣40,000元、獎盃一座及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 貳 獎：效率比第二名之隊伍，每隊頒發新台幣30,000元、獎盃一座及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 參 獎：效率比第三名之隊伍，每隊頒發新台幣15,000元、獎盃一座及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 隔減震創新獎（由中興顧問社提供）：經裁判團評選出隔減震創新獎入圍3至6隊，於其模型安裝感測器，並經振動台驗證其隔減震效益最佳的隊伍，取一隊頒發新台幣100,000元、獎盃一座及每位隊員個人獎狀。（可從缺）
• 結構設計獎：經由裁判團評選，其模型之結構設計、抗震構想與創意理念最佳的隊伍，最多取三隊，每隊頒發新台幣5,000元及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 建築美觀獎：經由裁判團評選，其模型之建築外觀造型、基地與空間使用效能理念最佳的隊伍，最多取三隊，每隊頒發新台幣5,000元及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 設計理念展示獎：經由裁判團評選，以創意的展示手法，最能清楚介紹該隊模型設計理念的隊伍，最多取三隊，每隊頒發新台幣3,000元及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 最佳簡報獎：於國際研討會中，由評審團選出最佳簡報的參賽隊伍共三隊，每隊頒發新台幣3,000元及每位隊員個人獎狀。
• 舉牌創意紀念品：每次振動台測試前，自願擔任舉牌的現場觀眾。

• Efficiency Ratio Award (3 teams)
  o Teams which models get the highest Efficiency Ratio(s)
  o Award: 40,000 / 30,000 / 15,000 TWD for 1st / 2nd / 3rd team and a certificate for each team member.
• Innovation Award for Seismic Isolation and Energy Dissipation (sponsored by Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Inc.) (1 team, possibly without a winning team by the referee panel’s decision)
  o Three to six postgraduate teams will be nominated by the IDEERS referee panel to monitor their model performance by sensor instrumentation in the shaking table tests.
  o The team that builds a model to demonstrate the best performance for their seismic isolation and/or energy dissipation design will be awarded a prize of 100,000 NT dollars, and a certificate for each team member.
• Most Creative Structural (Engineering) Design (3 teams)
  o Teams which models are selected with most creative on structural engineering design.
  o Award: 5,000 TWD for each team and a certificate for each team member.
• Most Creative Architectural (Art) Design (3 teams)
  o Teams which models are selected with most creative on architectural (art) design.
  o Award: 5,000 TWD for each team and a certificate for each team member.
• Best Design Concept Exhibition (3 teams)
  o Teams that most clearly introduce the concept of model design with a creative presentation.
  o Award: 3,000 TWD for each team and a certificate for each team member.
• Best Presentation Award (3 teams)
  o Teams with superior presentation in IDEERS conference.
  o Award: 3,000 TWD for each team and a certificate for each team member.
