All art piece should be only submitted online
All the colors, styles, formats, or methods of painting are not limited

10 contestant in each division and including one Champion, 1st and 2nd Runner-up
Gold, Silver, Bronze, Excellence and Merit have no limitations
All awarded participants allowed to preorder awards on their will
每十人一組, 每組設冠軍、亞軍及季軍各一名
金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優異獎及良好獎名額不限
