第三十六屆「我在銘傳的日子」銘傳文藝獎 影像類 四格漫畫組 徵件細則

1. 徵件目的 Purpose：

透過生動的四格漫畫，呈現校園多元面貌。Presenting the diversity of the campus through four-frame comic.

2. 徵件主題 Subject： 我在銘傳的日子。

任何發生在銘傳校園裡的大小故事。Any stories that happen on Ming Chuan campus.

3. 參賽對象 Participants：

具銘傳大學正式學籍學生，每人投稿件數上限3件。

Students who are matriculating toward a degree at MCU (including Work-experience Completion Program Students); each student is limited to three submissions per category.

4. 作品規格 Limitations：

限彩色作品，電腦繪圖、手繪即可。Color works only, both computer graphics or drawings by hand are acceptable.

5. 參賽方式 Submission Procedures：

• • 將電繪作品置入本投稿單以.pdf存檔。Insert your electronic painting works into this submission form and save it in a new file. (.pdf format only).
• • 以手繪方式直接於本投稿單上創作，掃描或翻拍以.pdf存檔。Create by hand drawing directly on the submission form, scan or copy it and save it as a file. (.pdf format only)
• • 至官方網站填具個人資料及上傳作品檔案。Fill in personal information and upload work files to https://www.week.mcu.edu.tw/submit.
• • 請保留創作原稿，以利後續製作專刊用。Please keep the original creation for future publication in the university magazine.

6. 評審項目 Review Items：

• • 主題表現 / Topic Performance 40%
• • 圖文表現 / Graphics and text performance 40%
• • 原創性 / originality 20%

7. 評審方式 Review：

本組採匿名審稿制，主辦單位將聘請校內外、相關領域專家學者擔任評審委員。The submissions are reviewed anonymously; the responsible unit will engage on- or off-campus judges related to the field in accordance with the number of submissions.

8. 獎項 Prizes：

本組取首獎1名(獎金6,000元、獎狀一紙)、貮獎1名(獎金3,000元、獎狀一紙)、參獎1名(獎金2,000元、獎狀一紙)、優選3名(獎金1,000元、獎狀一紙)，每人得獎數以最佳成績二件為限。1st Prize: 6,000NTD with a certificate; 2nd Prize: 3,000NTD with a certificate; 3rd Prize: 2,000NTD with a certificate; 3 Honorable Mentions: 1,000NTD with a certificate for each winner. Persons who submit multiple winning entries in a given section will receive no more than two prizes.

9. 美感力認證：

作品經評審委員審定具創作水準晉級複審者，主辦單位將頒發「入圍證書」，可做為銘傳大學十力教育-美感力基本檢核證明！前三名另可申請卓越美感力。This is a certified event for Ming Chuan University 10 Pillars Education –Aesthetics. The works approved to enter the 2nd round review by the judges as exhibiting a certain level of creativity will be issued a “Nomination Certificate” that can be used as evidence for Aesthetics pillar basic review. The top 3 winners may use their awards for the evidence for Excellent Aesthetics.

10. 注意事項 Note：

• • 作品須為參賽者本人原創作品，且不得同時參加其他競賽。Submissions must be submitted under the student’s own name, and must not be submitted for other competitions.
• • 得獎作品如有著作權爭議，或侵害智慧財產權情形，參賽者應自負法律責任，主辦單位亦將取消參賽或得獎資格，追回獎項與獎金。If there is any report or complaint that the work was created by another party, stolen from another party or copied from another work, the participant shall take the legal responsibility and be disqualified. If the work is awarded a prize, the award and the prize shall be returned.

11. 本細則如有未盡事宜，得經修正後公布。 All matters not specified above will be announced separately.
