even Principles of Social Business 社會型企業的七原則

1. Business objective will be to overcome poverty, or one or more problems (such as education, health, technology access, and environment) which threaten people and society; not profit maximization.
   經營目標在於解決貧窮或威脅人類與社會的一個或多個問題（如教育、衛生、技術通路、與環境等）。並不在追求利潤極大化。
2. Financial and economic sustainability.
   財務與經濟的永續經營。
3. Investors get back their investment amount only. No dividend is given beyond investment money.
   投資人只能拿回他們投資的金額，股利所得不能超過其投資金額。
4. When investment amount is paid back, company profit stays with the company for expansion and improvement.
   當投資金額已償還，公司利潤將持續運用在公司的擴展與改善上。
5. Gender sensitive and environmentally conscious.
   性別敏感度與環保意識。
6. Workforce gets market wage with better working conditions.
   員工能獲得市場行情的薪資與良好的工作環境。
