競賽背景 / Competition background

即時城市化策略（ TACTICAL URBANISM NOW! ）設計競賽的挑戰是鼓勵參賽者設想一個擁有超越公園、廣場或街道的傳統概念的公共空間的城市。其理念是嘗試打造新的城市景象，通過實施多功能設計，促進社會交流、社區活動和市民互動。
因此，根據城市化策略的原則，要求參賽者提出能夠改善公共空間現狀的創新和非傳統項目。

如果參賽者的問題是如何實現這一點的方法，那麼模塊化和靈活功能可能是值得考慮的策略，能夠幫助參賽者實現有趣的想法！又或者是設想同一空間如何根據一天的計畫允許不同的功能？空間如何滿足潛在不同用戶的需求？… …
競賽需要參賽者發揮各自的想像力，提出一個概念，將城市空間提升到另一個層次，使之變得更加有趣、活潑和包容。

競賽內容 / Competition content

本次競賽不限定選址：參賽選手或團隊可以選擇自己的城市環境來定位項目。任何城市、任何城鎮、任何社區都可以成為進行干預的理想環境。但是，必須根據項目本身及其與城市環境的關係來證明選址的合理性。它必須與新用途和功能有明確的關係，並且必須與本地社區或潛在用戶保持緊密聯繫。

在尋找創新概念和原創項目時，“即時城市化策略”鼓勵參賽者提出自己的計畫，並嘗試各種可以適應最廣泛環境的可能性：廣場、人行道、公園、城市空地或任何類型的城市空間。干預不限制尺度範圍：真正重要的是它在介入環境中可能產生的影響，為當代城市問題提供了積極的答案。

文件夾A_Project必須包含提交給評審委員會的項目（ A2面板+文本 ）+文件夾B_Group標識

TACTICAL URBANISM NOW! COMPETITION

The challenge of this competition is to encourage participants to imagine a city where public space goes beyond the traditional conception of a park, a square or a street. The idea is to experiment with new urban scenarios which are able to promote social exchange, community activities and citizens interaction through the implementation of multifunctional designs.

Following the principles of Tactical Urbanism, participants are therefore asked to propose innovative and unconventional projects able to improve the current conditions of public spaces.

If the question is how to do it, then modularity and flexibility of use might be strategic aspects that can help you to come up with interesting ideas! How the same space could allow different functions according to the program of the day? How can a space meet different needs according to the requirements of the potential users?

Use your imagination and propose a concept that takes urban space into another level, transforming it to become more playful, lively and welcoming.

Chosen from well known academic institutions and international firms, our jury members are highly qualified to evaluate the proposals thanks to their specialised knowledge and experience in design and architecture.

The competition is open to students, architects, designers, urbanists, engineers, artists, makers, activists and anyone interested in the transformation of the contemporary urban space.
Participants can join the competition either individually or with a team.

Submission

2 x A2 panels ( landscape oriented ) + a brief text describing the proposal ( max. 250 words ).
Projects must be submitted through the upload section within 29.11.2020 – 11:59 PM CET ( Central European Time ).

Results

Results will be published on this website on December 21^st 2020.
