📌前身為「台灣電梯簡報大賽」，參賽者在台北101的高速電梯裡進行簡報，X-PITCH是創業比賽之中的極限運動！這不僅是一個挑戰，目的是提升簡報技巧，讓您能夠在短時間內向投資人及受眾傳達精闢有力的訊息。

📌決賽日將於2021年11月11日假桃園虎頭山創新園區舉行，共頒發9個獎項，TOP 3團隊更可獲得共100萬美元的投資。

X-PITCH is formerly known as Taiwan Elevator Pitch, contestants made their pitch in a 60-second elevator ride at TAIPEI 101, the landmark skyscraper in the country.

By upholding the elements of “Speed, Intensity, Challenge, and Fun” embodied in our past elevator pitch contests, training startup founders to pitch their innovative ideas concisely in a short time, X-PITCH will be held in different formats every year. X-PITCH 2021 is the first-ever startup competition to use “autonomous vehicle” for a 60-second pitch, bringing an unprecedented experience to all participants. In addition, the 15-second pitch on key numbers and achievements that has been popular abroad in recent years will be introduced to Asia for the first time.​​​

X-PITCH is the “X Games” of startup competition, contestants go through the 15-sec, 60-sec and 3-min pitch all the way to win investment prizes. This is not just a challenge, but also an excellent opportunity to improve presentation skills and to know your business better, enabling you to convey concise messages to investors and target audience in a short time.

• ​​​TOP150 teams will enter the Semi-Final and participate in the Number Pitch.
• The 15-sec Number Pitch is a voluntary side event for TOP150 teams.
• 3 teams from five New Normal categories will advance to the Final ( TOP15 ).
• TOP 3 winners of the Final will receive up to US$1 million capital in total from the Investment Partners of X-PITCH 2021, subject to due diligence.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Event format or agenda if necessary.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

X-PITCH is exclusively for early-stage tech startups, we have discovered and accelerated many tomorrow’s stars. Past contestants successfully raised millions of dollars in funding through the event, and connected with numerous corporates, including industry leaders, public companies, banks, securities firms, professional firms, and industry leaders for collaboration. Startup founders from Asia and worldwide are welcome to apply for X-PITCH 2021, criteria are as follows:

1. Startup less than 5 years old ( Founder who has not yet incorporated a company can also apply )
2. Between Pre-Seed and Series-A stages
3. Good command of English ( All activities are conducted in English )
4. Technology areas: 5G / Edge Computing / AI / Blockchain / Next-gen Computing
5. Focusing on products and services that enable digital transformation around one of the five New Normal categories:

	​PUBLIC SERVICES Healthcare system severely overloaded everywhere. Response systems and public safety unable to cope in crisis mode.	🡆	Digital transformation to enable mission-critical systems become more scalable, real time and accessible by all.
	SUPPLY CHAIN Disruptions from raw materials to finished goods, from manufacturing floor to delivery. Food supply & delivery at risks.	🡆	Trusted and resilient supply chain & logistics through IoT, blockchain and robotics automation technologies.
	LIFESTYLE From personal to business activities, people have pivoted and heavily depend on virtual communications platforms.	🡆	Remote-X lifestyle may have pivoted for good. Businesses strive for capital efficient and productivity.
	MOBILITY Gig economy shift from ride share to delivery and essential services that are highly manual, have poor economics and risk exposure.	🡆	Mobility as a Service reinvented with autonomous services and a highly connected smart infrastructure.
	BANKING Already a major trend toward digital banking, consumers no longer need to deal with retail banks and paper currencies.	🡆	Digital-only banking services at inflection. Commerce becomes media rich, frictionless & hyper targeted.

• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions on cross-border travel, all activities will be conducted online for international teams.
• Activities for local Taiwan teams are subject to adjustment according to the latest situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
