CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The salon is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over the world. Entrants must be authors of the works they submit.
Each participant may send maximum of 4 photographs to each section.
The organizer can use the exhibited works for reproduction in the catalogue and for promotion without paying any author’s fee.
SECTIONS
There are five sections, all digital:
- OPEN COLOR (color digital) FIAP and PSA PID Color
- OPEN MONOCHROME (monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID Monochrome
- WOMAN (color/monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID Color
- LANDSCAPE (color/monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID Color
- PORTRAIT (color/monochrome digital) FIAP and PSA PID Color
Each photo can be presented in only one section.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Photos must be in JPG file format, maximum dimensions:
1920 pix. Horizontal side and 1200 pix. Vertical side in 300 dpi.
AUTHORS CAN SUBMIT PHOTOS ONLINE, compression 7-12, max 2Mb.
Following the instructions on www.asocijacija-artfoto.com/wpg or they can send them on CD or DVD. CD/DVD will not be returned
ENTRY FORM
Authors must fill out online entry form (Preferred method).
They can also send the printed entry form to the organizer’s address together with a CD/DVD.
FILE NAMING
No requirements for file names, file name should be as you would want it to appear in the catalogue (same as title name).
Our program will later add the necessary data .
Only English letters (a-z) are allowed.
ENTRY FEE
Entry fee is mandatory for all participants and is 45 Euros (50$).
The fee is unique for all themes ( 45 Euros or 50$ for all 5 sections and all 3 ountries).
Possible ways of payment:
- PayPal transfer (Preferred method)
- Cash sent to organizer’s address (Checks and IRC are not accepted)
- The works of the authors who did not pay the fee would not be taken into consideration.
The works received without the participation fee will not be considered by the jury.
Also the participation fee can be paid with Western Union on the following info:

The fee can be also paid by postal mail along with the CD with photographs sent to the club address:

Slobodan Krstic; z.smetka: 555-001-81110838-06; deponent: Nova Banka Bijeljina The works of the authors who did not pay the fee would not be taken into consideration.
REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS
All participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail.
The results of the exhibition will also be published on the website www.asocijacijaartfoto.com/wpg
DVD CATALOG
The DVD-ROM Catalog, showing acceptances and awarded images, will be mailed to each entrant.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
Organizer will take all possible care when handling the incoming and outgoing mail. However, we do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss during transit.

DEFINITIONS
FIAP: A black and white work fitting from the very dark grey (black) to the very clear grey (white) is a monochrome work with the various shades of grey. A black & white work toned entirely in a single color will remain a monochrome work able to stand in the black & white category; such a work may be reproduced in black & white in the catalogue. On the other hand a black and white work modified by partial toning or by the addition of one color becomes a color work (polychrome) to stand in the colour category.
Monochrome definition
A monochrome image is defined as having varying shades of no more than one color (various shades of that color from very light to very dark) but it may be any single color. Multi-toned images (various shades of two or more colors) and greyscale images with added an accent color are not acceptable in Monochrome Class sections and must be entered in Color Class sections.
“With the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection that the submitted images can be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the entrant is not a member of FIAP; that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking; that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by FIAP and that in case of sanctions following the non compliance with FIAP regulations, the name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules. It is recommended to leave the EXIF data in the submitted files intact in order to ease eventual investigations.”
