The amount payable per entry in a category will be as follows:

• EARLY BIRD: 5 February to 11 February 2018 | €195
• REGULAR: 12 February to 25 February 2018 | €245
• LATECOMERS: 26 February to 11 March 2018 | €295
• VERY LAST CHANCE: 12 March to 23 March 2018 | €345
• STUDENTS: 5 February to 23 March 2018 | €30

Friday 23 March 2018 will be the very last day.

ATTENTION: There will be NO extension of the registration deadline.

AGENDA

Decision by our panel of judges: May 2018

Notification sent to nominees: 11 May 2018 at the latest by email to the address you provided at registration (only nominees will be informed)

Shipping: Nominated packaging should be sent between 14 May and 1 June 2018 (to London – UK) – details will be given by email to nominees). The works received will not be returned, except at the express request (Please notify the Pentawards team no later than 4 June 2018) and at expense of the participants.

Winners Notification: You will be notified by the 14 June 2018 at the latest, via email (to the address you provided at registration).

PLEASE NOTE: This information will remain strictly confidential until the official awards ceremony.

Seat Reservations for the Pentawards 2018 gala in New York: From 1 July to 31 August 2018 on the Pentawards website.

The 12th Gala Ceremony will be held at the Guggenheim Museum in New York on 6^th September 2018.
