2020第五屆「新住民教育揚才計畫」新住民舞蹈比賽

一、比賽日期地點：

A. Date and Location of the Contest:

二、 參賽資格：

持有中華民國身分證或合法居留證之新住民。報名團隊中新住民身分者須至少 達 3 分之 2，報名團隊僅 2 人者須至少 1 名為新住民身分。報名須附戶籍謄本 或戶口名簿影本以利資格審查。比賽當天請務必攜帶相關身分證明文件以便查
驗確認身分。

B: Eligibility: New residents who shall hold the ID cards or legal residence permits of the Republic of China. The New residents’ status in the registration group must be at least up to 2/3, and the registration team with only 2 people must have at least 1 qualification of the new resident status. The new residents’ registration must be accompanied by a Household Registration Transcript, or a photocopy of Household Certificate for qualification review. On the day of the contest, please be sure to bring relevant identification documents to verify your identity information.

三、 比賽組別：

以報名人數分為 A 組和 B 組。

( 一 ) A 組：參加人數 1-3 人。
( 二 ) B 組：參加人數 4-20 人。
C: Contest Group: All groups are divided into groups A and B according to the number of applicants.
( 1 ) Group A: The number of participants is between 1 and 3 participant( s ).
( 2 ) Group B: The number of participants is between 4 and 20 participants.

四、 比賽辦法：

( 一 ) 舞蹈類型：以新住民母國民族舞蹈為主。
( 二 ) 參賽者須自備服裝、舞具、音樂。
( 三 ) 請註明舞作名稱、舞作內容、編創者、演出者。
( 四 ) 演出時間( 含進退場 )：

A 組：以 3~5 分鐘為限。
B 組：以 5~7 分鐘為限。

( 五 ) 初賽每區評選 A、B 組各 3~5 隊晉級全區決賽。

D: Contest Regulation:
( 1 ) Types of dance: The new residents mainly bring in their original ( mother ) nation dance.
( 2 ) Contestants must bring their own clothing, dance equipment, and music.
( 3 ) Please indicate the dance title, content, the creator, and the performer ( e.g., dancers ).
( 4 ) Performance time ( including entry and exit ):

Group A: limited to 3 ~ 5 minutes.
Group B: limited to 5 ~ 7 minutes.

( 5 ) In the opening round, 3 to 5 teams from Groups A and B will be selected to advance to the regional finals.

七、 評分標準：

主題表現佔 20%，音樂佔 20%，服飾佔 20%，舞蹈藝術佔 40%。

F. Grading Criteria: There are thematic performance which accounts for 20%, music accounts for 20%, costume accounts for 20%, and dance art accounts for 40%.

八、 比賽獎勵：

( 一 ) A、B 兩組分別頒發優選三名，佳作三名，決賽優選及佳作獲獎者( 組 )將獲頒獎杯一座，獎狀一紙。
( 二 ) 所有參賽者皆可獲得參加證明一紙。

G. Contest Rewards:

( 1 ) The two Groups A and B will be awarded with three prizes and three masterpieces. The final top winners and masterpieces ( groups ) will be each awarded with a trophy and a piece of paper for certificate of merit.
( 2 ) All participants can get a certificate of participation.

九、本比賽將遵行個資法規定以保護參賽者( 組 )之個人資料，避免外洩。

H. This competition will comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law to protect the personal information of the participants ( groups ) and avoid leakage.
十、如有未盡之事項，以主辦單位說明為準，並保留補充及變更之權利。

Q﹕關於教育部「新住民教育揚才計畫」辦理之新住民舞蹈比賽參賽資格?

A﹕教育部鼓勵新住民及新住民子女組隊參賽，團隊人數中需有 3 分之 2 新住民或新住民子女人數；不同國籍可同組混合參賽。
EX: 15 人團隊參賽報名 B 組，其中至少 10 人需為新住民或新住民子女，3 人為泰籍、3 人為越南籍、4 人為印尼籍，另 5 人為臺灣朋友。

Q: What is the eligibility of the new citizens’ dance contests managed by the Ministry of Education’s “New
Immigrants Education Advancement Project”?

A: The Ministry of Education encourages new residents and their children to form teams to participate in the contests. Two-thirds of the team must be new residents or the number of children of new residents; different nationalities can join to participate in the same group for the contest.
EX: A 15-person team registers Group B. At least 10 of them must be the new citizens or their children of new residents, 3 people are Thai, 3 are Vietnamese, 4 are Indonesian, and 5 are Taiwanese friends.

A﹕新住民參賽者以中華民國身分證或合法居留證，新住民子女以戶籍謄本或戶口名簿影本資料驗證身分，新住民子女提交之資料需可證明父方或母方國籍。

Q: What are the identification documents of the contestants?

A: The new citizens shall use the identity cards of Republic of China or legal residence certificates, and the children of the new residents shall verify their identities with the Household Registration Transcripts or the photocopies of Household Certificates for qualification review ). The children of the new residents shall provide information with their proofs of their fathers’ or mothers’ nationalities.

Q﹕舞蹈類型?

A﹕以新住民母國民族舞蹈為主，由於新住民國籍、舞蹈種類繁多，並無再以舞種類別細分；參賽者請以各國特色舞蹈報名參賽。

Q: What are types of dance?

A: The dances are mainly based on the national dances of the new residents’ mother countries. Due to the variety of nationalities and dances of the new residents, there is no subdivision by the type of dance; the contestants should register for the competition with national feature dances.

Q﹕報名組別?

A﹕由於活動人數與賽制舞種限制，本賽制不分年齡國籍皆可參加，亦鼓勵親子共同組隊，故僅以報名人數分為 A 組和 B 組混齡比賽。同一參賽者可同時報名不同團隊、不同舞碼的 A、B 組賽程。 EX:阿尼是印尼新二代，與媽媽及臺灣同學共組【阿尼隊】以舞碼《巴里島》參加 A 組比賽；阿尼媽媽有一些社團朋友們也想參加，找了 3 位臺灣籍、3 位越南籍、阿尼與媽媽共組【蘇門答臘】隊，以舞碼《十二彩舞》參加 B 組比賽。
( 凡報名參加比賽者，即視為接受本活動相關規範，且願意完全遵守本規則所述之各項規定，如有違反之行為主辦單位有權取消其參賽或得獎資格，並對於任何破壞本活動之行為保留法律追訴權利。 )

Q: What are the application groups?

A: Due to the limitation of the number of events and the types of competitions, the contest allows all contestants to participate regardless of age and nationality. Parents and children are also encouraged to form a team. Thus, only the number of applicants is divided into Groups A and B mixed different age contestants. The same contestant can sign up for the Group A and B schedules of different teams and different dances together.
EX: Ani is the second generation of Indonesian. He, his mother and Taiwan classmates formed an [Ani team] to participate in the group A competition with the dance title, Bali Island; Ani’s mother has some club friends who also wanted to participate and found 3 Taiwanese, 3 Vietnamese, Ani and mother form a “Sumatera” team to participate in the Group B competition with the dance title, Twelve Color Dance. ( Everyone who signs up for the competition will be deemed to have accepted the relevant regulations of the event and is willing to fully abide by the regulations stated in these rules. If there is any violation, our organizers have the right to cancel the contestants’ eligibilities to participate or win the award( s ). ( To the wrong doing and behavior of this event, our organization reserves the right of legal prosecution. )

A﹕主題表現佔 20%，音樂佔 20%，服飾佔 20%，舞蹈藝術佔 40%( 包含團體默契、動作呈現、編排創意等 )。( 比照教育部主辦之舞蹈比賽以中間分數平均法與計點法合併記之。註:採「中間分數平均法」
統計後，所獲得平均分數同分時，則以「計點法」判取名次。 )

Q: What is the scoring standard?
A: There are thematic performance that accounts for 20%, music accounts for 20%, costume accounts for 20%, and dance art accounts for 40% ( including group tacit understanding, action presentation, and choreography creativity, etc. ). ( According to the dance competitions provided by the Ministry of Education, the middle point average method and the counting method are used together. Note: After adopting the “mid point average method” for statistics, we find the average score obtained is the same. Then, it will be judged by the “point method” for the final ranking. )

Q﹕彩排走位?

A﹕採自由登記制，登記後需配合場館時間於特定時段開放登記團隊彩排走位。各登記團隊彩排時間以電腦隨機排序，不可自行更換時間，登記後如無法配合公告彩排時段，則無其他時間可供彩排走位。
本比賽將遵行個資法規定以保護參賽者( 組 )之個人資料，避免外洩。如有未盡之事項，以主辦單位說明為準，並保留補充及變更之權利。

Q: What is the rehearsal?

A: The free registration system is adopted. After registration, your team( s ) must be rehearsed and relocated at a specific time period in accordance with the venue time. The rehearsal time of each registration team is randomly sorted by computer. It is fixed, and it is not possible to change the time by your team( s ). After registration, it is unable to give you another rehearsal time slot if your team( s ) cannot cooperate with your given rehearsal time.
