- 2022第二十屆Formosa女兒獎2022第二十屆Formosa女兒獎 甄選報名： 即日起 ~ 08/31。 資格： 凡居住在台灣地區 12~18 歲的少女，並自認擁有勇氣、自信、活力、責任、知識等特質者皆可報名。 報名者於報名截止日前，未滿19歲，將認定為18歲。 因應關懷弱勢少女目的，鼓勵自主學習表現。
2021第十九屆Formosa女兒獎2021第十九屆Formosa女兒獎 甄選即日起~08/31。 凡居住在台灣地區12~18歲的少女，並自認擁有勇氣、自信、活力、責任、知識等特質者皆可報名。 報名者於報名截止日前，未滿19歲，將認定為18歲。 針對知識、勇氣、責任、自信、活力五大特質規劃五大獎項，每人限報名甄選一獎項
2020第十八屆Formosa女兒獎2020第十八屆Formosa女兒獎 甄選報名：即日起~08/31。 凡居住在台灣地區12~18歲的少女，並自認擁有勇氣、自信、活力、責任、知識等特質者皆可報名。 針對知識、勇氣、責任、自信、活力五大特質規劃五大獎項，每人限報名甄選一獎項，不得重複報名，重複報名視同棄權，主辦單位不另行通知，各獎項預計選出三位得獎者。
